Before her debut with Woodhead Green in Spring 2025, she served in many creative, administrative and artistic roles with the Houston Show Choir including Interim Artistic Director, Associate Artistic Director and Board President to name a few. Her tenure with the Houston Show Choir organization began in the fall of 2016. During which time she enjoyed performing in their semi-annual shows in addition to various cabaret and fundraiser performances.
Danielle is a graduate of a small high school in Beulah, ND, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Bemidji State University in Bemidji, MN. A true triple threat, while in Bemidji, she performed with collegiate opera workshops, various theater programs like the Paul Bunyan Playhouse Summerstock Theatre, the Bemidji Chorale and Chamber Singers, and the Suzy and Hondo Swing Dance Club.
Upon moving to Houston in 2010, she performed with the Houston Choral Society under the direction of Betty Devine and the Houston Cecilia Chamber Choir under the direction of Justin Smith, Bradley Naylor, Kevin Klotz, and Mark Maratto. During this time, she taught junior high and high school choir, musical theater, and show choir for six years before going back to grad school and earning her Master’s degree in School Counseling. She currently serves as the College and Career Counselor for Grand Oaks High School in Conroe ISD and lives in Spring with her husband Brad and their fur babies.
